Job Description
As a Member of Client Operations, Fiat (Wire/ACH Operations) you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day processing and reconciliation of client cash movements. You will become intimately familiar with the operations of our clients and their use of our platform. You will have a full understanding of our fiat operations, as well as the regulatory and operational considerations of each step. You will work closely with your Client Operations teammates to ensure processes and procedures are developed and continuously refined. Responsibilities include managing operational tasks, executing daily processing of cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers via wire and ACH, ensuring accurate reconciliation, investigating operational inquiries, and maintaining compliance with regulations such as Reg E and Dodd-Frank. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience supporting banking operations, knowledge of payment systems, ACH transactions, and financial regulations. Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive attitude are essential.
