Quality Specialist Do you want to be at the forefront of developing quality assurance in the Finnish gambling industry and at the same time develop yourself in software development? Veikkaus' quality assurance is responsible for the entire spectrum from slot machines to online poker and from Lotto to Toto games; on mobile, desktop and in machines. We are now looking for a Quality Specialist for a permanent, full-time position at Veikkaus Quality Assurance. Your tasks include ensuring quality and customer experience, finding and reporting software bugs, and ensuring production readiness. You should have professional experience and expertise in quality assurance and collaboration with development teams, be proactive, and have a passion for quality. It would be great to hear from you if you have: - Competence in testing and the testing process. - Competence in testing software on mobile devices and on browsers. - A proactive approach to quality assurance. - ICT education or equivalent knowledge acquired through other means. Considered an advantage: - Basic knowledge of databases. - Knowledge of the gambling industry, especially Toto games. - Knowledge of test automation. - Good knowledge of Finnish and English. - Experience with tools used in testing (e.g. SQL, BigQuery, Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Testrail).
