As our operations grow, we are looking for enthusiastic employees to strengthen our team! Join us at the Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) units of Lohja Hospital! In Ophthalmology, you will work diversely in clinics, injection clinics, and the operating room. In Otorhinolaryngology, you will participate in consultations and procedures as a doctor's partner. Later, you can develop into an independent clinic practitioner. We offer a very versatile job description, and there is no need to worry if the specialties seem broad at first – we begin with thorough orientation in either Otorhinolaryngology and then expand your skills to Ophthalmology, or vice versa. The work consists of day shifts, but if needed, you can participate in backlog clearance in Ophthalmology for additional earnings. We are a renewing and development-oriented unit where LEAN methods guide our operations. Previous experience in these specialties, particularly in day surgery and eye injection treatments, is considered an advantage. Swedish language skills are also beneficial. Language requirements: good oral and written skills in Finnish and satisfactory oral and written skills in Swedish, or good oral and written skills in Swedish and satisfactory oral and written skills in Finnish. We require vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act for those working in customer and patient areas, and a health certificate regarding pulmonary tuberculosis for those working in healthcare units.
