Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor for our client in Pirkanmaa, Finland. The position is aimed at a professional who is at the early stages of their career in electrical engineering and automation technology and who can support electrical projects across Pirkanmaa. The role emphasizes growing into a responsible leadership position with support from experienced professionals. The assignment focuses on projects such as linjasaneeraus, hall and facility installations, and involves daily project management, scheduling, and supporting installers on site. Start date is during August–September according to the contract. Key duties include leading electrical contracting works in varied sites, coordinating project schedules and progress, collaborating with installers, customers and other stakeholders, coordinating materials and resources, and ensuring quality and safety on sites. Requirements include education in electrical and automation engineering, motivation to develop in electrical project leadership, proactivity and responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, organizational ability and interest in project management. Prior experience with electrical installations and current professional certificates are advantageous.
