We are looking for skilled finish plasterers for sites in Central Finland. We seek experienced finish plasterers for diverse construction projects. If finishing work is done with confident technique and you work proactively, you may be the right person. Examples of tasks include plastering walls and floors, sanding and leveling surfaces, preparing surfaces for further work, and other construction tasks according to your skills. Job sites and project durations vary according to our clients’ needs. We expect: previous experience as a finish plasterer; good finishing skills and a proactive work attitude; ability to work independently as well as in a team; valid occupational safety card. Requirements also include being of legal age and holding a valid safety card. Having access to your own car is beneficial for commuting to sites but not mandatory, as many sites are located along good public transport routes. We offer flexible gig work where you can influence when you take shifts; you’ll work at varied construction sites, develop your skills, and build valuable contacts in the construction field. For strong workers there are opportunities for longer-term assignments. We pay at least the wage according to the construction industry collective agreement, determined by experience and skills. The finish plasterer salary typically ranges around €14.19–€17.12 per hour. You will also receive quality work clothes and equipment.
