Job Description
We are looking for an experienced developer eager to work as a consultant, not in a rigid role description. You will join our growing unit with senior system developers and Cloud Engineers. AI is a natural part of the role; many work hands-on with it today, and you are expected to develop in the same direction. Projects vary from modernization & migrations, data accessibility or AI, automation implementations, and DevOps solutions, always with modern technologies and cloud as a given. We value transparency and clear trade-offs, such as fixed salary over commissions, exploration over hierarchy, honest leadership, and creating value over favorite tech stacks. Requirements include about five years in system development, experience with C# .NET, Swedish communication skills, and Azure and/or AWS experience. We welcome your willingness to learn and develop.
