Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced site manager for the hydro power sector to lead projects within turbine and generator service. The role involves independent management across varying projects, ensuring installations are carried out safely, with high quality and on schedule. You will lead daily site operations, optimize resource use, and play a central role in project execution, scheduling and quality. Responsibilities include planning, preparation and execution coordination of projects; leading on-site operations, staff and subcontractors; managing timelines, resources and costs in collaboration with the project manager; daily reporting, documentation and final reports; supporting the organization with technical solutions and project definitions; client-facing activities and ensuring project progression; monitoring safety and site procedures; independently delivering smaller projects from start to finish. We expect several years of site operations and installation project experience in the hydro sector; suitable technical education (e.g. AMK/YAMK engineer) or equivalent practical experience; strong technical understanding of energy or power plant environments; experience in project leadership and coordination; good documentation and reporting skills; fluent English. Other languages (e.g. Finnish, Swedish, German) are considered a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
