Responsibilities
- Develop & execute a global contingent workforce strategy.
- Establish standardized processes & governance models across regions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, talent availability, & optimize spend.
- Oversee end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle management.
- Manage global contingent workforce programs.
- Monitor program performance through key metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MSPs, staffing suppliers, & outsourced partners.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews & implement improvement plans.
- Negotiate supplier agreements, rate cards, & SLAs.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, Legal, & business leaders.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, best practices, & compliance.
- Support workforce planning & talent pipelining.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, partner with Legal & Compliance.
- Maintain audit readiness & oversee documentation.
- Manage & optimize VMS platforms & reporting.
- Analyze workforce data & develop dashboards & reports.
