Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute a global contingent workforce strategy.
  • Establish standardized processes & governance models across regions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, talent availability, & optimize spend.
  • Oversee end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle management.
  • Manage global contingent workforce programs.
  • Monitor program performance through key metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for MSPs, staffing suppliers, & outsourced partners.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews & implement improvement plans.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements, rate cards, & SLAs.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, Legal, & business leaders.
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, best practices, & compliance.
  • Support workforce planning & talent pipelining.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, partner with Legal & Compliance.
  • Maintain audit readiness & oversee documentation.
  • Manage & optimize VMS platforms & reporting.
  • Analyze workforce data & develop dashboards & reports.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
