Reporting Specialist

Istekki is seeking an experienced Reporting Specialist to act as a data visualizer. The role involves creating dashboards, metrics, and reports to highlight the best aspects of data, with a strong focus on customer needs, usability, readability, and visual appeal. The goal of data-driven management at Istekki is to support customer decision-making, operational activities, and forecasting by providing centralized and up-to-date information on organization operations, finances, customers, and the operating environment. The specialist will produce reporting products such as situation pictures, forecasts, and performance reports on top of data platforms. For wellbeing services counties, the role involves producing reports and metrics according to national definitions as well as functionalities for specific regional needs. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, able to internalize new things quickly, and courageous in bringing forward new perspectives. Experience with Tableau and Tableau Server is highly valued. As the role involves working at the customer interface, previous experience in customer-facing work is beneficial. Proficiency in Finnish (written and spoken) is required. Experience in project work and knowledge of the social and healthcare (SOTE) sector is an advantage but not a requirement. The position offers remote work possibilities from anywhere in Finland. A basic security clearance and drug test will be conducted for the selected candidate.
