The Pharmaceutical Expert Services of the Central Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County (Keusote) is seeking a new pharmacist for clinical pharmacy tasks within the service chains for working-age and elderly populations. The goal of clinical pharmacy is to promote rational drug therapy and ensure successful patient outcomes by identifying and solving medication problems through multidisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include medication reviews, unpacking PKV medications, and other expert tasks such as producing written materials. The role also involves training other staff, creating high-quality educational materials, and making public presentations both live and remotely. Work is performed both remotely and on-site throughout the Keusote region, requiring the use of a personal car (car benefit may be applied for). While much of the work is independent, support is available from colleagues in Pharmaceutical Expert Services and other units. Applicants must have a higher education degree in pharmacy, a legal pharmacist license according to the Act on Healthcare Professionals (559/1994), and LHKA special competence. Excellent interaction and networking skills, independence, a solution-oriented approach, and adaptability are required. Proficiency in Microsoft O365 is necessary as the organization transitions to Google Workspace.
