Ice Karting Guide

We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented guides for the winter season 2026–2027 at Napapiiri's ice karting and kids' mini-snowmobile track. The guide’s job is diverse and varied – no day is exactly the same. As a guide you work at Santa´s Motor Park in all tasks. You ensure our guests have a smooth and safe experience and participate in other daily tasks such as track grooming and reservation checks. You will work as part of a cheerful team with international guests. The shifts are mainly from 7:30 to 20:30 depending on customer numbers. We aim to offer about 8 hour shifts, roughly 120 hours per 3 weeks. Work also on weekends and winter holidays. Part-time employment is possible if it better suits your situation.
