Are you our new insurance investigator? We are looking for someone who, with knowledge and commitment, can help us combat irregularities and ensure that our business remains clean and fair. If's investigation unit is an important component in the work to counteract incorrect payments and economic crime. About the role You are offered a varied and stimulating job where your main tasks are to investigate unclear claim events reported by If's customers. The investigations may include suspicions of fraud and money laundering. As an insurance investigator, you also conduct internal training and are a knowledge support for If's other businesses. The investigation unit is a specialist department where most have a police background. The unit is part of our Nordic investigation unit. We collaborate with all departments within If's organization and have Nordic coordination of tasks and processes. As an insurance investigator, you stand on the side of the honest customer by working for correct payments and counteracting economic crime. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in all parts of the investigation, both the operational and the administrative. You are accustomed to and have a knack for meeting people in vulnerable situations. It is therefore important that you have a well-developed empathetic and communicative ability. You have the ability to work independently and can drive investigations forward in a structured way with your own initiatives. You also enjoy collaborating with others. You find it stimulating to create and maintain internal and external networks. You are efficient and quality-conscious in what you do. Curiously, you seek new skills and share what you already know without prestige. You have integrity and the courage to stand up for what is right. You also have: - Several years of experience in investigative work from the Police - Good skills in oral and written communication in both Swedish and English - Driver's license – B Experience of investigative work within the insurance industry is a merit.
