Production Manager

We are looking for a production manager for the Leca Kuusankoski plant for a permanent position as part of our skilled production team. You will be responsible for the factory production and its development. You will lead the production team with a steady and inspiring approach, enjoy people management and a versatile role that includes implementing various production projects as well as developing personnel, operations and safety. We value experience in production supervision, the will and ability to learn new tools and methods, and the ability to develop our operations. Experience in problem solving, safety work and LEAN methods is an advantage. You should have good collaboration and communication skills since you will work with various stakeholders daily in a supervisory role. Since we operate in an international environment, good English proficiency is a requirement. If you have the necessary skills, technical training, a positive attitude and you are innovative and flexible, you may be the person we are looking for.
