We are looking for logistics workers for permanent employment in Laihia. What would you be doing with us? You will become part of T-DRILL's logistics team, responsible for smooth internal logistics and packaging operations. You will receive incoming goods deliveries, unload loads with a forklift, and ensure materials are moved to the correct places for production and warehouse needs. The goal is to ensure that material flows operate efficiently and goods are in the right place at the right time. You will be assisted by the Monitor ERP system, which you will use to manage and record material flows. In addition to internal logistics and packaging tasks, some of the duties include the partial assembly of tools. The final area of responsibility will be formed based on the selected person's skills and experience. The position offers a versatile and practical daily routine, emphasizing care, cooperation skills, and a proactive work approach. You will receive a comprehensive orientation and the support of a skilled logistics team for your success. The employment is permanent and full-time. Working hours are on weekdays between 6:30 and 16:00, and your workplace is located in Laihia. The employment contract is signed directly with T-DRILL Oy. What are we looking for? We are looking for a proactive and responsible person with previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment. You will succeed in the position if you work carefully, maintain order, and enjoy practical work as part of a team. We expect experience in using a forklift, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work smoothly as part of a team. Since some of the tasks include the partial assembly of tools, experience in assembly work or an interest in mechanical work is considered an advantage. Success in the position requires fluent Finnish language skills. What do we offer?
