The placement at the start of employment is the acute ward of Lempäälä Local Hospital, which has 27 patient beds. Patients are admitted primarily from urgent care clinics, via Acuta, or as follow-up care from specialized healthcare. Close cooperation is maintained with home hospitals, specialized healthcare, home care, and housing services to facilitate patient care and discharge. Nursing work in a local hospital requires broad nursing expertise, as follow-up care involves patients from many specialties. The nurse's duties include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in cooperation with the patient, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team of the health center hospital. Close cooperation is carried out with specialized healthcare, home care, and housing services to ensure smooth patient care and discharge. You can start in the position on August 17, 2026, or by agreement. The working time is full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week. The work includes morning, evening, and night shifts. The probationary period for the position is six months. The selected candidate must present the required health certificates within one month of starting work. The position-specific salary is €2,959.18/month, in addition to which possible salary supplements are paid. We have tentatively planned to hold interviews in weeks 33-34.
