Baker Fresh, hand-baked bread is increasingly valued, and artisan bread is baked in over 140 Fazer in-store bakeries across Finland. We are now looking for part-time bakers for our new in-store bakery at Prisma Tuusula, opening in October. As a baker at Fazer Leipurit in-store bakery, your job description is diverse, and your duties include all different stages of the baking process from dough preparation to display. Our bakeries are located inside the store close to customers, so a proactive customer service attitude and good Finnish language skills are important for the role. You will work closely with the rest of the in-store bakery team and will be supported by the in-store bakery supervisor. In our in-store bakery, baking takes place every day of the week starting from the early morning. Shifts are scheduled between approximately 6:00 and 18:00. We offer two permanent part-time positions: one for 8 h/week and another for 20 h/week. Remuneration The position falls under the collective agreement for bakery workers of the Finnish Food Workers' Union (SEL). Your basic salary is determined by industry education and previous bakery experience. Starting salary for the position is €12.70/h - €15.71/h. In addition to the basic salary, we pay various supplements according to the collective agreement, such as an evening shift supplement of 15% and a night shift supplement of 100%. The position also offers the possibility of a business-specific production performance bonus, with a target level of 74 cents/h (structure and conditions are defined annually). Previous experience in the field is considered an advantage, but it is not essential. We expect a willingness to work flexibly according to the site's opening hours and, if necessary, also in other in-store bakeries in the nearby area.
