Interested in working with children and sports? In our after-school programs at Paila, you will have the opportunity, together with a team, to create varied and engaging days for children. Our activities emphasize physical activity and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere. In addition to sports, we organize activities ranging from games and crafts to field trips to nearby areas. Paila Oy operates as a service provider for Helsinki City, at Käpylä elementary school and the North European Gymnasium, as well as in Munkkiniemi and Myllypuro. About 350 children in first and second grade participate daily. We are seeking an afternoon program instructor for our Myllypuro site for the 2026-2027 school year. You will join a relaxed, motivated team where it is fun to work. The job includes planning and implementing activities together with other instructors. Each instructor has the opportunity to present ideas and wishes and to implement them, leveraging their strengths. We are looking for upbeat instructors with the right attitude who dare to jump into children's activities but can also set boundaries and be safe adults. Pluses: relevant education, experience with children and group leadership, athletic inclination, previous work experience with children needing special support. Our afternoon programs are open on weekdays 12-17. Working hours are 4 hours per day, i.e., 20 hours per week. We seek a person who can start work as soon as possible.
