**We are looking for a project worker for a youth entrepreneurship project** We are seeking a project worker for a youth entrepreneurship project for a 7-month employment contract. The employment is fixed-term and follows the framework agreement for the advisory sector. The employee is expected to start as soon as possible. In the "Vauhtia verkostoihin" project, young people are encouraged toward entrepreneurship and their entrepreneurial skills are strengthened. The project enhances youth entrepreneurship education in South Karelia and brings together young entrepreneurs and adults working with them. The project worker's role includes, among other things, activating and inspiring young people toward entrepreneurship, organizing events and activities, as well as social media and project communication. The project also involves conducting surveys and producing reports. The project is implemented in close cooperation with the lead implementer Leader Kärki ry and other partners. Funding is provided by the EU Rural Development Fund. **Our expectations** You have good communication, organizational, and cooperation skills, as well as a proactive, planned, and independent approach to work. Success in the position requires: - fluent oral and written skills in Finnish - good English language skills - education suitable for the position - the ability to use your own car for work tasks - readiness for flexible working hours. Experience working with young people and youth business activities is an advantage. Students in the final stages of their studies may also apply. **What we offer** We offer a pleasant and relaxed work community, a versatile and interesting job, and the opportunity to influence how the work is implemented. The workstation is located in the center of Lappeenranta. The work involves traveling within the South Karelia region, so the ability to use your own car is necessary. The work requires readiness for evening work and occasional weekend work. Partial remote work is possible. The salary is €2,300–3,100/month based on skills and work experience. The employment includes a three-month probationary period.
