Home Care Substitute

We are looking for a substitute in home care in Ekenäs to enable an active life for the elderly. The role is in a multi-professional team at Folkhälsan within elderly care in Raseborg. The position involves supporting residents to live at home and maintain independence, assisting with daily tasks, personal care, social support or home care. The work is independent and conducted in two shifts from 07:00 to 21:00, mainly at Folkhälsan houses in Ekenäs and nearby. A valid medical service certificate (medicine regulation) and hygiene passport are required. For nursing assistants, a nursing assistant qualification or equivalent (such as practical nurse or basic nurse) with registration in Valvira, and a valid medicines act are expected. We also welcome students in the social and health care field with at least 60 study credits. Our working language is Swedish; good oral and written skills in Swedish and Finnish are required.
