We are seeking a coordinator for the national eKlubitalo within the Suomen Klubitalot ry network. The role involves managing and developing the nationwide online community that supports wellbeing, inclusion, and study- and work-readiness for mental health clients, coordinated with partners and funded by STEA. The coordinator will work closely with a study coach and a work coach, ensuring high-quality activities that meet member and partner needs and funder criteria. Responsibilities include leading and developing eKlubitalo operations, building collaborations with welfare regions, educational institutions, Klubitalot and other organizations, planning and delivering group activities, trainings, and webinars, representing eKlubitalo in networks and at national and international events, member recruitment and increasing awareness, evaluating activities and reporting based on data and feedback, and designing new content and operating models with the team and partners. The role involves remote work with occasional travel to events and meetings; regular weekly team meetings in Helsinki, with on-site work not fully remote. The position is full-time with a starting date around 1 October 2026 and a six-month trial period. The salary is approximately 3700 €/month, governed by TES for private social services.
