Timber Frame Carpenter

We are seeking skilled timber frame workers to join our production teams in Salon and Jokioinen. As a timber frame carpenter you will participate in the manufacture of high-quality timber buildings. You will work in a modern factory environment where buildings are produced under controlled conditions, up to over 90% completion before delivery to site. You will succeed when you work proactively, take responsibility for your tasks, and keep to agreed targets. You understand that every work step affects project progress and the company’s success. You will take care of your own area, seek solutions, and not wait for others to act on your behalf. Key tasks include assembling timber frames and installing roof structures. We value independent, responsible, and proactive work habits that ensure progress without continuous supervision. You should be precise, quality-minded, and take pride in your own work. Willingness to work in shifts as well as in production-based and contract-based work is required. A safety-first mindset is essential, and you should aim to do things correctly the first time. Proficiency in Finnish is required for success in the role. Experience in timber construction, including frame, insulation, and paneling, and installation of façades, doors, and windows is considered an asset. Starting date: as agreed.
