Job Description Summary: Maintenance Technician (Electromechanical) H/F – CDI. Join GE Vernova and contribute to building the energy future. You are an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving technical problems while ensuring the proper operation of industrial equipment. Based on Aix-les-Bains site, you will work on modern production equipment, develop your technical skills and build your career with one of the world leaders in energy technologies. This position includes a 3x8 rotation (one week each: morning/afternoon/night), and two weeks daytime hours (one on-call week). Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults, minimizing production downtime, preventive maintenance per CMMS, inspecting equipment, replacing worn parts, implementing temporary solutions, recording interventions, ordering spare parts, identifying improvement opportunities, collaborating with production, adhering to HSE procedures (LOTO, work permits, safety rules), and participating in on-call maintenance for emergencies. Requirements include Bac +2 level diploma in Electromechanics or Industrial Maintenance, at least 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, ability to read technical drawings, initiative, teamwork, safety and continuous improvement commitment.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment
- Respond quickly to faults to minimize production downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance per the CMMS schedule
- Inspect equipment, identify worn parts and replace as needed
- Implement temporary solutions to keep production safe when needed
- Record maintenance interventions accurately and prepare spare parts replenishment requests
- Identify improvement opportunities to increase reliability and production performance
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure optimal machine use
- Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures including LOTO, work permits and safety rules
- Participate in on-call maintenance for emergencies
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance in an industrial or production environment
- Bac +2 or equivalent in Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance or similar technical field
- Strong ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Experience with maintenance of industrial equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance documentation
- Initiative and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
