Security Guard

As a mobile guard, you monitor the security of several properties during your shift. You prevent and limit damages and, if necessary, cooperate with the authorities. Mobile guarding work is mainly night work in long shifts and movement between sites is by car. The contract is part-time 60-120h/3weeks. Pay is according to the Guarding Sector TES level 2 (starting from 12.43e/h). In addition, we pay new employees a commitment bonus (500e) after 8 months of work. You can apply even if you do not have experience or training in the field, as Securitas provides the required guard training if necessary. Qualifications: The most important thing for us is that you are interested in the security industry and motivated to work in guarding tasks. You need a good customer service attitude, the ability to work independently, firmness and the ability to handle difficult special situations professionally. In addition, we hope that you are not afraid to use technology. In your work, in addition to fluent Finnish language skills, you will sometimes also need English. The tasks require a valid B driver's license (manual). We do not require previous experience in the security industry, but completed security studies and a guard card are considered an advantage for the applicant.
