Project Coordinator

Project coordination and continuous improvement role focused on planning, coordinating and supporting projects aimed at improving operational performance, productivity, quality, safety and profitability. The responsibilities include coordinating and following up on projects to respect deadlines, budgets and objectives; planning project activities using MS Project; collaborating with external engineering firms and internal teams; preparing, updating or modifying technical drawings in AutoCAD; participating in design reviews, critical analyses and procurement processes; following up action plans and supporting effective corrective actions. In continuous improvement, animate and support Kaizen activities; deploy 5S practices including audits; train employees on Lean Manufacturing and 5S; promote a culture of continuous improvement; manage the LPA system; contribute to ISO 9001/14001/45001 maintenance. Profile: DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent; minimum 3 years in an industrial setting; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong communication skills; autonomy and problem-solving orientation.
