We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Credit & Risk Analyst to strengthen our Asset Finance Credit Analytics function. You will play a key role in shaping credit decisioning, driving risk insights, support on our AI agenda and business-critical initiatives across the Nordic Asset Finance portfolio. Support the journey of our Nordic Asset Finance Credit Analytics function, supporting our business strategy in ensuring credit automation, application of automated and AI driven solutions and provide analytical portfolio insights that can support the business decisioning and risk management framework. What You Will Be Doing You will be at the centre of our Asset Finance Credit Analytics function, working with cross-functional teams across the Nordic region to enhance credit decisioning capabilities, create risk analyses and insights. Your work will span from deep analytical investigations to strategic portfolio oversight, supporting executive reporting and risk committee presentations. Your daily tasks include: - Analysing portfolio performance including credit quality, rating migrations, and exposures - Leading credit decision engine development, testing, and optimisation initiatives - Conducting detailed investigations into model and data issues affecting risk calculations - Delivering data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making - Automating credit processes and support AI model development - Preparing materials for risk committees and executive management reporting About You - Experience in credit risk, model development, or credit analytics - Ability to perform complex analytical investigations and validations - Communicator able to engage technical and business stakeholders - Structured thinker comfortable in multi-stakeholder environments - Ownership mindset with ability to manage business-critical initiatives independently - Proficiency in programming applications, including Python, Alteryx and SQL. Experience working with application of AI and risk modelling systems would be valuable additions to your profile.
