Library Services Secretary Position at Kokkolan City Library - Kokkolan kaupunki - Kokkola, Finland

The library services secretary is responsible, together with the head of library services, for office and administrative services, including decision-making, procurement, and budget preparation. The secretary's duties include preparing employment contracts, handling leave, invoicing and coding purchase invoices, cash register operations, and maintaining the library's archive. The role also involves other secretarial tasks related to library services. We require a suitable degree at the vocational or university of applied sciences level and proficiency in Office365, Populus, and Unit4 software. Excellent oral and written skills in Finnish are essential. Skills in Swedish and English are considered an advantage.
