The Mine Foreman in Greece is responsible for the daily operational management of the mine in Greece. You will ensure shift safety, efficiency and quality, supervise operators as a supervisor, and monitor the execution of production plans and targets. Requirements include a rigorous safety mindset, appropriate technical training in mining engineering or a related field, and experience in production or maintenance roles. You should possess technical know-how of mining work, equipment and maintenance operations, strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team, good interpersonal and communication abilities with stakeholders, and fluency in English written and spoken.
