Luhta Outlet in Oulu city center offers branded clothing, footwear, home textiles, and accessories from various sports and fashion brands. The store features collections from well-known Finnish sports and leisure brands such as Luhta, Icepeak, Rukka, Torstai, Luhta Home, Your FACE, Ril’s, James, and more. The store caters to outdoor enthusiasts and those looking for suitable work or occasion wear, offering quality products, top brands, and very affordable prices. We are hiring sales assistants for a fixed-term contract: one person approximately 15 hours/week and two persons approximately 10 hours/week. The role involves responsible customer service, following the chain's customer promise and satisfaction goals, and implementing the sales model according to the chain concept. The tasks are fixed-term, with a 26-week smoothing period, ending on 27 December 2027. Success in this role requires flexibility, openness, courage, enthusiasm for work, and a customer-oriented attitude. The job is suitable for students or those seeking additional hours, with evening and weekend shifts. You should be able to meet people in a service-minded environment, want to develop in your work, enjoy sales, and be positive and approachable. Finnish language skills and being of legal age are required; experience in retail is a plus.
