We are hiring sales assistants for a fixed-term contract: one person approximately 15 hours/week and two persons approximately 10 hours/week. The role involves responsible customer service, following the chain's customer promise and satisfaction goals, and implementing the sales model according to the chain concept. The tasks are fixed-term, with a 26-week smoothing period, ending on 27 December 2027. Success in this role requires flexibility, openness, courage, enthusiasm for work, and a customer-oriented attitude. The job is suitable for students or those seeking additional hours, with evening and weekend shifts. You should be able to meet people in a service-minded environment, want to develop in your work, enjoy sales, and be positive and approachable. Finnish language skills and being of legal age are required; experience in retail is a plus.
