Personal Assistant

Would you like to become an enabler for my life? I am looking for a personal assistant who is proactive, physically fit, reliable, and a great person overall. I am a 32-year-old woman from Espoo with severe cerebral palsy. I use a wheelchair and can move via my legs, but I need strong support from another person for transfers. Due to my disability, I need help with almost all physical activities. The employee's job description includes assistance with dressing, toileting, washing, transfers, cooking, household chores, as well as activities and hobbies outside the home. I have a perceptual disorder, for which I need navigation assistance when moving from place to place and help in noticing the environment. Due to the perceptual disorder, the job description also includes monitoring the passage of time and reminding me of tasks. My family includes my partner and two cats, so please ensure you are not allergic to cats. Assisting with the care of the cats is part of the duties, so it would be great if you are animal-friendly. I enjoy applying makeup and doing my hair regularly, but I need help with this. My hobbies include reading and creating social media content. There are at least 25 hours/week available, and it is also possible to work extra shifts. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday, including morning and evening shifts. Shifts generally occur between 8:00 and 00:00, with occasional exceptions. I am a member of the Heta union, and a three-week cycle working time arrangement is used. Previous experience as a personal assistant is not required, as extensive orientation into the tasks is provided. The employee is requested to present a criminal record extract. Basic pay is €13.89/h + possible supplements.
