This application enables year-round expressions of interest to work as a dental hygienist at all Western Uusimaa wellbeing district’s dental clinics. Supervisors in the different units will contact applicants as needed within their area. Please fill in your contact details carefully and select all towns where you could work in our region. There is also an option to indicate interest in rotating between multiple locations and clinics during your employment to experience different work communities and practices. The positions are fixed-term, varying in duration, dental hygienist substitutes. We will interview and hire throughout the year, with the most work during the summer period. Workplace name and address: All dental clinics of the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing District’s dental services in Espoo, Kirkkonummi, Lohja, Vihti, Karkkila, Inkoo, Siuntio, Raasepori, Hangö and Kauniainen. Working hours: According to the Social Services and Health Care Agreement (SoTe). Primarily we are seeking full-time substitutes, but occasional part-time positions are also available. Salary: 3171.04 – 3286.15 EUR per month. Required qualifications include licensure as a health care professional (title of dentist or dental hygienist AMK) or earlier obtained vocational qualification (e.g. dental assistant, specialized dental nurse). Dental hygiene students may apply for fixed-term roles once they have completed 180 credits. We currently do not offer language placement positions. A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work as a dental hygienist is required. Proficiency in one of the two national languages (Finnish or Swedish) is desired in speaking and writing. The candidate may be asked to provide a random drug test as part of the drug program. We value good interpersonal and collaborative skills in our multidisciplinary work environment.
