**Chef for a permanent position at Restaurant Kapusta** We are looking for a chef for a full-time and permanent position. Restaurant Kapusta is a 120-seat student restaurant providing tasty home-style meals for Ahlman students and external customers. Additionally, we offer meeting, celebration, and accommodation services. The restaurant also serves as an authentic learning environment for Ahlman students. As a chef at Restaurant Kapusta, you will be responsible for diverse large-scale kitchen tasks and participate in daily food preparation and customer service. You are familiar with preparing large quantities of food, taking special dietary requirements into account. You also master basic baking and the preparation of banquet meals and possess good customer service skills. The work regularly includes evening and weekend shifts. **We hope for** - at least a basic or vocational qualification in the restaurant industry - initiative, good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork skills - fluent Finnish language skills **Considered an advantage** is experience in guiding students and expertise in banquet services. The position-specific salary is €2,179.42/month, in addition to which possible experience bonuses (up to 16%) are paid. The position is intended to be filled as soon as possible. A 6-month trial period applies to the employment. The selected candidate must provide an acceptable criminal record extract as required by Act 504/2002 before the selection is confirmed.
