Purchasing Manager - Mirror Line - Team TimeOut Oy Ab

We are seeking a purchasing professional to strengthen our procurement team as a Purchasing Manager. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and development of Mirror Line's procurement processes: managing procurement procedures, leading the supplier network, and ensuring material availability for production. The role is central to the company's supply chain management and directly impacts our cost efficiency and delivery reliability. Your work will be facilitated by a strong cash flow and our willingness to invest, even when others are still considering. Key responsibilities include managing and developing procurement processes, supplier collaboration and contract negotiations, material availability and inventory management, cost and profitability analysis, supply chain continuity, and collaboration and support with production, sales, and product development. Success requires an analytical, solution-oriented approach, excellent negotiation and communication skills in Finnish and English, organizational skills, resilience under pressure, IT skills with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems, and relevant education and experience in procurement.
