We are seeking a customer‑oriented and assertive workshop supervisor / service advisor for our Malmi team in a permanent full‑time position. Are you an automotive professional who can keep the strings in order even in rush, communicate fluently with customers and ensure that workshop life runs smoothly from handover to completion? If yes, you may be the person we are looking for! Your duties: Customer service and reception: greet customers with a smile, assess maintenance needs, and ensure a quality customer experience up to vehicle handover. Work planning and distribution: organize the mechanics' workdays efficiently and ensure schedules stay on track. Quotation and parts order: prepare maintenance quotes, order needed parts, and maintain the work supervision system up to date. Digital communication: keep customers informed about progress with WhatsApp messages and photos/videos and contribute to smooth customer management. We expect: relevant automotive training and/or strong practical experience in workshop supervision or maintenance advising; good technical understanding of modern cars; excellent communication and customer service skills and fluent Finnish (other languages are a plus); ability to multitask and make decisions in changing situations; good IT skills and experience with automotive software.
