We are looking for two adult physical activity instructors for our groups in Mäkkylä. Groups meet in the Mäkkylä school gym on Thursdays starting September 3, 2026. - 17:00-17:45 / born 2024-2023 (with an adult) - 17:50-18:35 / born 2023 (with an adult) - 18:40-19:25 / born 2022 Physical activity play school (liikkari) is a versatile sports club for 2-6-year-old girls and boys. In the play school, children learn body control, basic movements, and socializing, while experiencing the joy of discovery and success. The duties of the physical activity play school instructor include: - Planning sessions and implementing them safely together with a co-instructor - Communicating with parents and resolving any potential problem situations We are looking for adult, inspiring, and positive applicants whose interest lies in children's physical activity. A caring attitude in instruction is particularly important to ensure children have positive experiences with physical activity. Considered an advantage: - Experience in instructing children's sports groups - Students or graduates in the field (sports instructor, sports counselor, teacher, early childhood education teacher, practical nurse, etc.) - Personal sports background - Physical activity play school instructor training We require the applicant to have physical activity play school instructor training, which can also be obtained after the season has started. We pay half or all of the training cost depending on the instructor's commitment. The training is beneficial for various jobs in the field later on.
