We are looking for a future flooring specialist for the Southwest Finland region for a long-term employment relationship! Do you want to learn the secrets of floor coating? If you answered yes, you might be exactly the person we are looking for! Your duties will include the installation of acrylic, epoxy, and polyurethane mass floors as well as leveling. Working hours are primarily day shifts, but due to the nature of the work, days may occasionally extend as mixed materials must be applied. The work is located mainly in the Turku area, but there are also occasional sites in the Southwest Finland province, so a Class B driver's license is a requirement and the ability to use your own car is a big plus. Flooring experience is not required, but if you have any, it will certainly not hinder your employment. The work starts as a fixed-term employment through us, and a permanent position is promised to a good performer after the staffing agency period. To apply for this position, you must have: * Previous experience in the construction industry or coating work is considered an advantage but is not essential - we are primarily looking for people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Valid professional cards (at least an occupational safety card) - if you do not have them, they must be completed before starting work. * Finnish language skills - the language of supervision is Finnish. * Good work ethic – the work is independent and you are responsible for your own results. * Reliability - we trust you as an employee, and we hope you trust us as an employer.
