We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Breakfast Supervisor for a versatile kitchen and service role in Rovaniemi for the 2026–27 winter season. This position is suitable for someone who enjoys early morning work, wants to ensure a high-quality customer experience, and works flexibly as part of a team. WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAIL? * Preparation and presentation of breakfast in the hotel's breakfast service * Filling the buffet, finishing dishes, and aesthetic presentation * Customer service and ensuring well-being during morning meal times * Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and serving areas and servicing work tools * Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations and self-monitoring tasks * Handling small ordering and inventory tasks as needed WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? * Previous experience in breakfast or kitchen work; restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage * Hygiene passport * Good customer service skills and a friendly, calm approach during morning rushes * Ability to work independently and in cooperation with the team * Flexibility regarding working hours; work is mainly in morning shifts every day of the week according to the season schedule * Fluent skills in Finnish and English * Driver's license and own car are an advantage but not essential WORKING HOURS AND REMUNERATION The work is seasonal and takes place during the 2026–27 winter season (estimated November–April). Shifts are primarily in the mornings; working hours and shift arrangements will be agreed upon according to the site's needs. Remuneration is determined according to the MaRaVa collective agreement (TES) or the customer's employment contract based on experience.
