PR & Communications Lead

A key leadership role in a fast-growing Finnish success story. Kultakiertue Oy is a market leader in precious metals procurement and appraisal, especially gold, with a customer-centric service model that operates across the Nordic countries and several European markets. The team consists of over 150 people and the growth continues. We are seeking an experienced PR professional to partner with the Head of PR & Communications to strengthen Kultakiertue’s media relationships in Finland and internationally. The role will build visibility and media relations, and help develop PR. You will influence how the company and brand are seen in public. What you will do: maintain relationships with domestic and international media; identify opportunities and brainstorm ideas; support the company’s communications and campaigns across channels; manage daily Press Office operations and produce content; implement PR measures and monitor media visibility and reporting; assist the Head of PR & Communications in various situations; report directly to the Head of PR & Communications and work closely with the marketing team and other departments. What we expect from you: experience in PR and media work, potentially with international media; fluent in Finnish and English (other languages are a plus); independent and solution-focused; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to respond quickly in fast-moving situations; generally office-hours work, but media standby and occasional flexibility for media needs or timely situations.
