Responsibilities include operating CNC turning lathes, multitask lathes, and machining centers; quality inspection of parts; tool maintenance; and changing settings. We value a positive, eager-to-learn attitude, thoroughness, and responsibility for one’s work. Preferred are setting skills, workshop and metrology understanding, comprehension of technical requirements, ability to read drawings, and willingness to work in shifts. The production runs are short but repetitive. If Finnish language skills are not strong, good English, Polish, or Russian can suffice. We offer interesting tasks in a modern workshop with pay aligned to the technology industry collective agreement.
