Application Manager

Application Manager responsible for the operation, development coordination and continuous improvement of the SAP Commerce-based customer portal and ecommerce solution. The role combines technical understanding, vendor management, service management, and alignment of business needs. Responsibilities include system and development governance, maintenance of Customer Interaction solutions, backlog management, SAP SD module integration, coordinating small development projects and production deployments, ensuring release readiness and operational continuity, documenting new features and configurations, and driving ongoing service improvements. Collaboration with SAP, BI, CIAM, MDM and integration teams, and acting as the liaison between business and technical teams. Participates in Agile planning events, backlog prioritisation and backlog governance. Supports incident handling and service management, processes customer portal and webshop support requests, and collaborates on service-level agreements and supplier relationships. Starts date negotiable; 50–100% workload; 12-month contract. Employment with Nice-business Consulting Oy (Nico) or via subcontracting. Proactively shares CV and salary expectations when applying.
