Sourcing Solution Specialist (Coupa)

This role supports the Coupa procurement and finance processes in a global organization, acting as a practical supporter for Coupa users and driving ongoing improvements. The specialist will interface with multiple stakeholders, collaborate with the Business Solution Manager, another Solution Specialist and an external AMS partner, and contribute to troubleshooting, training and development initiatives. Responsibilities include providing hands-on support for Coupa users in day-to-day problem solving; investigating and resolving questions and disturbances related to the system, integrations, contracts, invoices, purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO); planning and delivering user trainings and Coupa clinics for a global user base; supporting Finance, IT and Procurement functions in Coupa-related questions; participating in development projects and continuous improvement efforts; and serving as a key link between business users, procurement, finance and technical partners. We expect a motivated learner who can grow into an expert within an international and evolving environment; fluency in English is required. The role is full-time with a flexible hybrid model (some time at the client site on the PK region and some remote work). The position starts in November 2026. You will work with ValueSource’s large network of procurement professionals and are employed by ValueSource Partners. This position is based in the Helsinki area with remote options; ValueSource’s network spans Finland and beyond.
