Sales Agent

Telia is looking for new talents to join its expanding sales team in Turku. As a Sales Agent, you will work as part of a team to provide a world-class customer experience and sell high-quality products and services to both existing and new customers. The work is primarily phone-based, but also includes meeting customers at shopping center stands and stores. The role offers a multi-channel approach, allowing you to switch between customer service calls and cold calling within the same shift. No previous sales experience is required as comprehensive and practical training is provided. You will be employed directly by Telia, offering modern tools, staff benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within a large organization. The position is a permanent contract with 24–37.5 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts. Requirements include a hardworking and goal-oriented approach, genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer service, good communication skills in Finnish and English, and the ability to use digital tools for learning and problem-solving. Applicants must be willing to work the maximum hours specified in the employment contract.
