Join us in building a new phenomenon – we are looking for a B2B salesperson for Swype Food Platform! Are you a results-driven sales professional who is not intimidated by cold calls? Do you want to be part of creating something entirely new from scratch? Swype is a new, modern, fully domestic food delivery platform set to shake up the market. Our growth story is just beginning, and we are now seeking a proactive, fearless, and solution-oriented salesperson to join our team. Your task is to win over the best restaurants in the city and bring them onto the Swype platform. What will you be doing? - Your role is critical for our company's growth. You will be at the core of our operations, and your workday will include: Active B2B cold sales and closing deals: - Contact potential restaurant partners by phone or email and ensure they do not drop off. Negotiation and closing: - Present the benefits of Swype to restaurant owners and take the sales process to completion. Building a restaurant network: - Be involved in creating the foundation of our platform – without top restaurants, there is no top platform. What do we expect from you? - We do not focus solely on CVs or degrees, but primarily on the right attitude and passion for sales. Courage and persistence: - Understand that "no" is just a step closer to "yes". Cold calling is a natural way for you to operate. Drive to succeed: - You want to produce results and enjoy the feeling of success when your name is on paper. Good communication skills: - Listen to the needs of restaurant owners and convince them of the added value of the new platform. Self-motivation: - Able to work independently and keep your own strings in a fast-paced startup environment. What do we offer you? - We know that a good salesperson deserves fair compensation based on results. Your earnings are not limited. Secure base salary: - €1500/month to keep the basics running stress-free. Encouraging commission model: - We pay €50-€100 bonus for each deal you close, depending on the deal’s value. Your earning potential is only limited by your activity – one deal a day can mean bonuses of €1500-€3000 each month!
