We are looking for membership recruiters to strengthen the team of our partner, Veronmaksajain Keskusliitto! As a part-time employee, you can easily balance the work with your studies or another job. As a membership recruiter, you will play a significant role in growing the association's activities. We offer high-quality training and continuous coaching to ensure your success. Our customer registers are tailored to different target groups so that you reach the right people with the right message. We expect from you: - interest in and understanding of financial and tax matters - situational awareness and life experience - ability to follow current events, such as the situation in Finland and globally We value a confident approach to customer encounters. Previous customer service or sales experience is considered an advantage. Requirements: - at least 18 years of age - fluent Finnish language skills - natural basic computer skills Our working days are normally weekdays 8:45-16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break and three coffee breaks. For part-time roles, we tailor working hours and shifts very flexibly. Our office is located in the city center with good transport connections. A guaranteed salary serves as security when starting the job. Through your development, you can expect your earnings to rise above the guaranteed salary. The commissions and bonuses we pay are very good. Additionally, we have continuous competitions for prizes such as trips abroad, events, bonuses, and gift cards. You will learn to calculate your earnings based on your successes, but we also review them together weekly. Our team is characterized by high energy and a shared spirit.
