Senior Full-Stack Developer, remote work Location: 100% remote Start date: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible Employment type: Full-time, indefinite employment contract Work type: Consultancy assignment Other: Possibility of partial remote work Job description We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to modernise our client’s forestry ERP system. You will work independently and move a large Java/GWT user interface towards a modern React implementation, using AI agents in your daily work. Responsibilities The role involves modernising the interface and logic of a legacy ERP system into a React- and Java-based solution using fully agent-driven development methods. - Build ERP views such as search pages, editors and dialogs with React. - Design the REST APIs behind the user interfaces. - Build tools and checks for agent-driven development at this scale. - Refactor and modernise legacy ERP code into a new React- and Java-based architecture. We are looking for - Advanced TypeScript and React skills. - Broad experience building web products end to end. - Strong hands-on experience with agent-based development, such as Claude Code, and creating your own instruction files. - Ability to work in a large existing codebase and refactor legacy code. - An excellent eye for functional and visually high-quality user interfaces. - Fluency in English. We appreciate - Good Finnish skills. - Experience with Java and REST APIs. - Experience with ERP or other business-critical systems. - Experience with geographic information systems or GIS software. - Experience with cloud services such as AWS.
