More information at www.polkky.com We are seeking for our Kajaani production plant A FOREMAN for a permanent employment contract. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and quality-compliant operation of the kiln and heat production, production steering, daily management of your team and work organization, as well as personnel resource management. Additionally, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and developing energy production and drying. You are able to organize daily work in a changing environment while keeping everything under control. You see the larger goal in the background and approach work development enthusiastically and purposefully. You have good interaction, cooperation, and professional life skills, as well as pressure tolerance, organizational skills, and decision-making ability. You are the person we are looking for if you have experience in similar roles, a great attitude, and an interest in developing your own and your team's professional skills based on the principle of continuous improvement.
