Sipoo is a growing, agile, bilingual municipality near the Helsinki metropolitan area. The Toimitilat unit of Sipoo municipality plans, builds, maintains and rents facilities for the municipality’s units, and ensures the value of the building stock through proactive and sustainable property management. We are now seeking to join our team a REPAIR BUILDER for a permanent position, starting 1 Oct or by agreement. The work is repair work in municipal properties in the Sipoo area. The repairs include painting, carpentry, tiling and various installation tasks. The role operates across the Sipoo area, so having a driving license is required, and access to a car is advantageous. Qualifications include construction-related education or another suitable qualification, sufficient experience in the field, and good oral and written skills in one of the domestic languages; knowledge of the other domestic language is an advantage. Salary and terms are determined by the municipal technical staff collective agreement (TS) and a six-month trial period applies. The selected must present an acceptable health statement. The role-specific salary is 2534.40 €/month plus possible supplements.
