Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Finland Quality team
- Oversee QMS implementation across Finland operations
- Support quality activities across manufacturing, supplier quality, service quality, and post-market quality
- Oversee nonconformance management, CAPA, change control, and quality investigations
- Monitor quality performance, trends and improvements
- Support internal and external audits and audit readiness
- Collaborate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Service Operations, R&D, Product Management, Customer Support, and Group Quality & Regulatory Affairs
- Act as primary Quality partner for Finland operations and local management teams
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and EU MDR quality requirements
- Experience with quality management systems, audits, CAPA, and change control
- Previous people leadership or team management experience
- Ability to translate quality requirements into practical, effective ways of working
- Strong cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization
- Commitment to patient safety and product quality
- Data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
