Architect

Davidsson Tarkela Siren Arkkitehdit Oy works with demanding and culturally significant sites. Our design combines architectural quality, technical expertise in renovation, and an understanding of building preservation. We are looking for an experienced architect to strengthen our team in renovation and basic renovation projects as well as sports projects. In your position, depending on the project, you will work as a chief designer or project manager and participate in design in all phases. The work emphasizes the ability to move design forward, perceive wholes and work in cooperation with different parties. The role also includes developing the office's expertise in renovation and basic renovation construction. We require an architecture degree (university level) and experience in a responsible design role in demanding projects. The applicant must have the prerequisites to act as a chief designer in exceptionally demanding sites. We value experience in renovation, especially in protected sites. We offer the opportunity to work long-term with demanding renovation projects and influence design solutions in sites where the starting point is the values, structures and history of the existing building. The workstation is located in the center of Helsinki in the Kasarmitori area, and the task requires fluent Finnish language skills.
