This is a part-time, fixed-term waiter position based at Radisson Blu Marina Palace, Turku, with shifts primarily in the Meetings & Events department and occasional duties in Grill It! restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and evening service. The role involves serving, taking food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a warm, customer-focused service in line with the Radisson brand. Working hours are varied across weekdays and weekends, typically from early morning to late evening (07:00–05:00). The successful candidate will bring a positive, customer-oriented attitude, take initiative, adapt to busy periods, and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous experience as a waiter or in events services is preferred, and a hygiene and alcohol-service license is required. Salary is based on the Hospitality, Restaurant and Leisure sector collective agreement; hourly wage ranges from 13.70–15.04 €/h depending on experience, with additional shift premiums and possible incentive pay of up to 1.20 €/h.
